Returns

Our return policy allows 14 days for returns.
If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted.

If applicable:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a store credit, which you can use to reorder the item you wish to exchange.
